Return Policy

30-Day Returns

If your purchase isn’t right for you, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make it quick and hassle-free.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Mouth guards, hand wraps, and other hygiene-sensitive items once opened
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items purchased during clearance sales (marked "Final Sale")
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration

Email info@kuttixus.pro with your order number and reason for return.

Ship It Back

We'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely and drop it off.

Get Refunded

Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. We do not offer refunds in the form of store credit unless explicitly requested.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@kuttixus.pro. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize. Please email us at info@kuttixus.pro within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
